Why I can’t send and receive in Bigpond mail account

1. Check your internet you have at home or working place is working.
2. Make sure your password is correct, if you don’t remember the password than reset your password through official website. Later will guide you how to reset password.
3. Check with you Bigpond mail settings if you using mail apps like outlook, mac mail or thunderbird.
4. Check with VPN as it blocks server-based emails.

• Open Bigpond Telstra mail website
• Go support and click recover my Bigpond password
• Choose recovery email address or phone number
• Open password reset link
• Create new password and confirm password
• Click save or done
3. Check you mail settings are up to date in mail apps

Pop Settings

4. Turn of the VPN as virtual Ip address create barrier and block Bigpond server to connect with mail app like outlook and mac mail.
