At times when the screen shows up as Windows detected an IP address conflict, you can easily fix it by giving your router a restart. Locate the power button on your router and turn the device off. This will disconnect you from the internet and shut down the network temporarily. Wait for a few minutes and then turn your router back on. Check if the conflict is now resolved.
